Open, Limited or Exclusive: which lead type should you buy?

Open Leads

Available to every agent on the platform. Cheapest, and included in the Pro Agent plan. Best for volume — if you respond fast, you still win plenty of these.

Limited Leads

Sold to at most three agents. You see how many slots remain before you unlock. A good middle ground for higher-value enquiries where you want less competition.

Exclusive Leads

Locked to one agent. Nobody else will ever see the contact. Use these for premium budgets where a single commission dwarfs the lead price.

A simple rule

• Under 1 crore budget → Open.
• 1–3 crore → Limited.
• Above 3 crore, or a commercial deal → Exclusive.
