Privacy Policy

The Pak Leads ("we", "us") operates thepakleads.com, a marketplace where licensed and independent real estate agents in Pakistan purchase access to buyer and seller leads.

From agents: name, email, phone, agency name, city, optional license number, login activity, payment references (we never store card numbers — card payments are processed by Stripe), and usage data such as leads viewed, unlocked and notes you add.

From leads: contact details and property requirements submitted by prospects through our own or partner advertising campaigns (Facebook Lead Ads, Google Sheets, website forms). Every prospect has consented to be contacted by real estate professionals.

To run the marketplace, verify accounts, prevent fraud and abuse, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts), and improve lead quality. We do not sell agent personal data to third parties.

Lead contact details are provided to you strictly for the purpose of offering real estate services to that prospect. You must not resell, publish or spam leads, and you must honour any request from a prospect to stop contacting them.

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256; sessions use HttpOnly, Secure cookies; integration secrets are encrypted at rest; admin access supports two-factor authentication. Data is stored on Cloudflare's global network.

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us — we will complete it within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use a single first-party session cookie (session_id) needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
