Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 September 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use The Pak Leads.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and act as, or on behalf of, a real estate professional in Pakistan. One account per person; you are responsible for all activity under your login.

Credits & subscriptions

Credits are a prepaid balance used to unlock lead contact details. Prices are shown in PKR before purchase. Subscriptions include a fixed number of unlocks per billing period as displayed on the plan. Unused credits do not expire while your account is active; subscription unlocks reset each period and do not roll over.

Lead tiers

Exclusive leads are sold to one agent only. Shared leads are sold to a limited number of agents (shown before unlock). Open Pool leads are available to any agent. Availability is first-come, first-served.

Lead quality

Leads are phone-verified at intake but we cannot guarantee any prospect will respond, transact or be truthful. Genuine problems (wrong number, duplicate, fake) can be reported through the dispute flow within the window shown in your dashboard — see the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

No scraping, automated bulk access, account sharing, reselling of leads, harassment of prospects, or attempts to bypass payment or security controls. Violations result in suspension without refund.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Manual payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer) are credited after admin verification, normally within 24 hours. Submitting a false payment reference is fraud and will be reported.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in your dashboard. Continued use after the change means acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
