Your wallet: top-ups, balances and what costs what

Plan vs wallet

• Your plan gives you a monthly allowance of included leads (shown on the Wallet page).
• Your wallet is a PKR balance used for any lead beyond that allowance, or for lead types your plan charges per lead.

Topping up

Tap Top up wallet, choose an amount, and pay by card or manual transfer. Wallet funds never expire.

Seeing what a lead costs

Every lead card shows either Included or the PKR price before you unlock. Nothing is charged without you tapping Unlock.

Refunds

Approved disputes refund the PKR to your wallet (or restore your included-lead count).
